T-Shirts for a Cause!

T-shirts available for the worthy cause!

Mother of Two's Guide™ is all about parents helping other parents. What better cause for Mother of Two's Guide™ to support than One Family, Inc?

The One Family Scholars program provides scholarships for low-income and formerly homeless women to attend college. Read on:

One Family Scholars is a program of One Family, Inc., a not-for-profit organization created by Paul and Phyllis Fireman and family to end family homelessness in Massachusetts. The program provides college scholarships coupled with career development and leadership training for low-income and formerly homeless mothers. With financial aid and the support of an "extended family" to help them achieve their academic goals, the Scholars have the opportunity to forge a permanent path out of poverty for themselves and their families. Ethnically and racially diverse, the Scholars form a motivated group of leaders with the skills, knowledge and credentials to inform, improve and implement systems that can prevent homelessness for all families.www.onefamilyinc.org

All net proceeds from the sales of the Mother of Two's Guide™ T-Shirts go directly to the One Family Scholar Program.

Now, I went to a fundraising function for this group - the women currently going through the program and those who have completed the program are AMAZING women. They have gone through so much in their lives and now with this program, they are so proud and so empowered. Imagine how this affects the lives of their children! This program truly breaks the homeless cycle! Go to http://www.motheroftwosguide.com/tshirt.shtml to order a t-shirt for a cause today!

I just saw in your profile that one of your favorite book is Pride and Prejudice! Mine too like so many others I bet! I watched the new version of with Keira Knightley. It was good, but of course my favorite i the BBC miniseries with Colin Firth! Just saw Colin Firth is Nanny McPhee - what happened to this man?? He has yet to be good or handsome like he was in P and P!!! Oh well. Anyway, t-shirt for a cause sounds like a great idea! Good luck with it!
